Peveril Homes and development partner UKPP (UK Property Partnership) have launched a consultation to ask local people for feedback on proposals for the site to the west of Toton Lane. We believe that the best places are created with the help of the people that live there, which is why we are asking local people to participate.
Where is the site?
The site comprises land located to the west of Toton Lane and south of the A52, approximately 1.5 miles to the east of Junction 25 of the M1 Motorway.
Our Vision
